Bio

I believe we all hold an extraordinary power within to make amazing changes in not only our own lives, but the lives of others around us.

Dedicating my personal and professional life to the mission of championing people's dreams, I have found my calling as a Co-Active Coach who really cares about YOU, your core inner values and your capacity to make a real difference in the world today.

Through Co-Active Coaching, I derive immense satisfaction from seeing my clients find out who they really are, and then begin to truly live the lives they want and desire. My mantra is simple; anything is possible!

With a broad depth of service in a variety of industries, I am a committed coach who holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems and a Post-Graduate Certificate (PGCE) in Business Education. I have dedicated over 20 years of my professional life in helping people from different backgrounds achieve their goals.

I am a dedicated supporter of the Co-Active Coaching Model and is mindful of everybody's individual core values. The Co-Active approach focuses on you as a human being and believes you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Through curiosity, intuition and challenge, incredible transformations take place in YOU the client.

Love, laughter and a passion for creativity are also important to my philosophy. I proudly possess several years experience performing as an award winning stand-up on the UK comedy circuit and running my own business of Comedy Coaching Workshops for aspiring artists, performers and writers.

I am currently on a program of study and working toward Professional Coaching Certification with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I offer enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to your cause, whatever it may be!

Qualifications

I hold a BSc in Business Information Systems and a PGCE in Business Education. I have been a high school teacher and councellor for 11 years. I have run my own business coaching stand-up comedy workshops and was a professional stand-up comic for over 3 years. I am currently training with the CTI (Coaches Training Institute) which is the largest coaching school in the world. I will be a certified co-active coach in October 2012.
