Bio

I am Director and Life Coach at Glow Coaching I set up Glow Coaching in order to work with clients on bespoke 1-2-1 or workshop basis. I have developed extensive skills and experience and have helped 100’s of people grow in confidence and move towards achieving their dreams, in life and love. Aiding them in learning to be their own best friend, gaining self acceptance and great confidence along the way to acheiving a life they love!

Qualifications

•Masters Level Post Graduate Certificate in Personal Coaching and extensive coaching experience.
•Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG) over 3 years careers guidance and coaching experience as a Careers Guidance Practitioner .
•Membership of the National Council of Psychotherapists.
•Membership of The Coaching Circle, and Association for Coaching.

At Glow Coaching our aim is to empower women everywhere by providing honest, affordable, accessible Life Coaching. Areas in your life Glow Coaching can improve are self acceptance, confidence, career, relationships and dating. Life Coaching is a partnership in which the coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and achieve the results they desire, coaching will get you where you want to be faster than you would alone. We run life coaching programmes, empowering you to GLOW inside and out.

Dating Coaching

At Glow Coaching we have coached many women in or looking for relationships. Areas we work on are overcoming breakups, letting go of negative relationship experiences, building confidence, understanding what you are looking for in a relationship and how to find it.

Through creating a 6 step dating and relationship coaching programme, Glow Coaching has developed a range of techniques and tools that specialise in getting you the love life YOU want! We have had 100% success rate! With fantastic results, within on year of finishing the coaching programme all our clients have found happy relationships, including one marriage, an engagement and several long term relationships!

This programme consists of 6 hrs of telephone coaching and 6 unique homework exercises to develop what you have learned and put it into practice.
